250g of Greek Yogurt
150g of mixed berries (preferably blueberries, raspberries & blackberries)
1-2 tbsp of Manuka/organic honey (according to preferred level of sweetness)
1) mix the honey with yogurt well
2) roughly chop the berries into chunky
3) put the berries (with the juices during chopping) in and stir
4) serve fresh or chilled
Berries are powerful antioxidants and Greek yogurt is a much healthier option for yogurt drinks as there is no added sugar. All the sweetness come only from the berries and honey, making it a healthier choice
