120g salmon steak/fillet
20g sliced mushroom (any type of fresh mushroom will do)
80g French beans (cut into short pieces)
Olive oil, light soy sauce, salt & pepper for condiments
1) Lightly coat the grill with olive oil and heat to medium high.
2) Lightly sprinkle salt & pepper on the salmon and grill about 2 min on each side or until just done. Plate the salmon.
3) Drizzle some olive oil into a frying pan and sweat the sliced mushrooms. Then put in the french beans and sauté for another 2 min after adding abt 2 teaspoons of light soy sauce.
4) Transfer the greens onto the plate and serve.
